Our intention for the retreat is to create a space where people can gather and discover more about themselves while creating meaningful connections with like-minded souls! We will come together to set intentions, allow movement, experience breathwork, evoke meditation, and transmute energies to rejuvenate your mind & body.
The components of the program are used to assist you in resetting your nervous system and restoring your energies to promote your well-being.
Customize YOUR experience
What is unique about this Reset and Restore retreat is how YOU can customize your experience. During the program we will take extended lunch breaks so you can explore the ocean, just steps away from the resort. Together we will go on a guided waterfall tour. On other days you can CHOOSE to read a book or simply take a nap. Also all registered participants will receive spa credit to use towards any of the services during your stay. Our intentions are for you to feel refreshed and vibrant for your return.
~Please note: we will provide a safe environment to enhance your experience as you will interact with others in a close proximity. You can expect self reflection, group and partner based interactions. This retreat will challenge you to trust and expand beyond your limiting beliefs.

It is truly a sanctuary for rejuvenation and restoration for the mind, body and soul. After 7 days of bliss, you will feel more connected to yourSelf, and leave with new resources to apply to your everyday life that will continue to support you throughout your lifetime.

Any extra accommodation, reservations, and services outside of the scheduled retreat dates.

Airfare and ground transportation to and from the retreat is NOT included (Please be sure to make arrangements to arrive by November 10th, HIGHLY recommended to arrive 2-3 days beforehand to acclimate.

Early Bird Discount
Register and pay in full before May 11th, 2024 for an Early Bird Discount of $200.00, ($2,750.00 USD which includes the $500.00 non-refundable deposit).
There is a $500.00 USD non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot on the retreat.
Once you have registered/paid, you will receive an email confirming your spot is reserved with more information & registration including a link to the Retreat Private Portal.
The Private Portal is designed to provide information about possible travel restriction(s) and links to make it easy to acquire travel visa (simple & affordable) and other travel guidelines to ensure your journey will go as smooth as possible. The Private Portal is also a space to connect with your community, find a travel buddy, and receive monthly updates, tips, and REVEALS of extra perks to make our experience more enjoyable.

For our international friends, prices stated in USD $ and are subject to change due to daily exchange rate- take into consideration when making payment(s). In case of an unforeseen cancellation of the retreat due to factors outside of our control (incl. COVID restrictions), we will refund you deposit/course fee minus $175 administration fee.
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required and depending on when you register.
Refunds will be allowed (minus the $500.00 deposit and processing fees) one month before the retreat (October 11th, 2024). Any cancellations after October 11th, 2024, no refunds will be allowed.
