Payment & Refund Policy
- Final Payment Due: September 11, 2026 (one month before retreat)
- Cancellation with Partial Refund: Before September 11, 2026 (forfeit $555 deposit + processing fees)
- No Refund Period: After September 11, 2026 (all payments forfeited)

Force Majeure Protection
In the unlikely event of retreat cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including government restrictions or health mandates), full refunds will be provided minus a $175 USD administration fee.
