My work is rooted in somatic performance coaching and nervous system regulation. Each client receives a personalized approach based on how their body responds to stress, responsibility, and change.
Sessions may integrate mindfulness, breath-based interventions, somatic awareness, and select complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) practices. These are used intentionally to support regulation, resilience, and sustainable performance.
Since 2007, I have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of personal and professional demands. Over the years, I have seen how quickly things can shift when the nervous system is supported in the right way.
Even within a single session, clients often experience increased clarity, a sense of steadiness, and a renewed ability to respond rather than react. This is the foundation of work that supports embodied, lasting change.
