From Protection → Presence: A Masterclass for women who are carrying a lot and rarely pause long enough to notice what it’s costing them.
A 90-minute masterclass designed to help high-capacity women recognize long-held stress patterns, understand how the nervous system adapts to pressure, and explore what becomes possible when awareness shifts from intellectual understanding into embodied experience.
There comes a point where holding everything together becomes so familiar, you stop noticing what it’s asking of you.
Your days move quickly. Decisions get made. People need things. Responsibilities stack. You respond, adjust, support, solve, and keep moving because that’s what you’ve become incredibly good at.
From the outside, it can look like life is being managed beautifully.
Inside, a different conversation may be happening.
The mind stays active long after the day is done. Rest technically happens, yet restoration feels harder to reach. Breath becomes shorter without much awareness. Tension settles into the jaw, the chest, the belly, until holding becomes so familiar it no longer feels like holding at all.
What often happens next is subtle.
You tell yourself things will ease after this project, after this season, once life becomes less demanding, once there’s more time to focus on yourself.
For many women, that opening never quite arrives because the pace itself becomes the norm.
I know this terrain because I’ve lived parts of it myself, and I’ve spent years walking alongside women who know exactly what it feels like to continue functioning at a high level while slowly losing their connection to themselves.
That is exactly why I created this masterclass. To create space to slow the pace long enough to notice what your body may have been communicating for quite some time.
The body adapts brilliantly. The question is whether those adaptations are still serving you.
Most conversations around stress, overwhelm, or burnout begin with trying to think differently, manage time more effectively, or push through with better strategies.
While those approaches can be helpful, they often miss something essential~ long before the mind fully recognizes what is happening, the body has already adapted; the breath changes, muscles brace, and holding patterns of over-responsibility, hypervigilance, emotional shutdown, or constant doing begin to feel normal.
This is where my work enters differently.
As a Somatic Performance Coach and BBTRS® Practitioner, I guide women into recognizing those patterns through embodied awareness, not just intellectual insight. Because understanding your patterns is one thing. Building the capacity to respond differently in real time is where meaningful change begins ~ from the inside out.
