The BBTRS® Experience
Every BBTRS® session begins by creating a sanctuary of support.
Together, we establish a resource, a place of safety and support that allows your nervous system to settle and orient to the present moment.
From this foundation, you are invited to become more aware of your internal landscape, noticing sensations, emotions, thoughts, and the subtle messages arising within your body.
Using the six elements of BBTRS® ~ breath, movement, touch, sound, emotional expression, and meditation.
We gently explore areas where tension, protection, or disconnection may be held.
Throughout the process, you are encouraged to move at a pace that feels supportive, building awareness and capacity rather than pushing beyond your limits.
As the breath deepens, many people begin to notice patterns that have been held beneath conscious awareness.
Through the principles of resourcing, pendulation, and titration, BBTRS® supports the nervous system in exploring these experiences with greater steadiness and self-awareness.
The BBTRS® progression is designed as an integrated series that helps energize, open, and balance the whole person.
Sessions often focus on specific "belts of tension," areas of the body where stress, emotional experiences, and protective patterns can become stored over time.
These belts roughly correspond with the chakra system and provide a framework for understanding how the body holds experience.
While a single session can offer meaningful insight and relief, the greatest transformation often occurs through a series of sessions.
As awareness grows, many people develop a deeper relationship with themselves, strengthen emotional intelligence, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges.
The intention is never to fix you.
The intention is to create enough support for you to reconnect with the wisdom already present within you.
From that place, healing, growth, and lasting change become possible.
