Your 45-Minute Journey to Restoration
During our time together, you’ll experience gentle support in releasing the layers of stress, tension, and anxiety that may be weighing on your mind & body. This session is designed to help restore your natural foundation of health, energy, and vitality.
We’ll begin with a soothing guided meditation as healing music creates a container of safety and peace. As you settle into this sacred space, you’ll be lovingly supported by the gentle flow of Reiki energy, allowing your body and mind to naturally return to their state of harmony.
Preparing Your Sacred Space
To fully receive this gift you’re giving yourself:
Technology: Download Zoom to your preferred device before our gathering
Environment: Choose a quiet sanctuary where you won’t be interrupted—this is your time
Comfort: Arrange yourself however feels most nurturing—sitting in your favorite chair, lying on a soft mat, or nestled on your couch
Attire: Dress in whatever makes you feel most at ease and unrestricted
Support items: Gather any pillows, blankets, or comfort items that help you feel held and secure
